Ihre Aufgaben
  • Sie sind verantwortlich für die Visualisierung, Analyse und Optimierung von bestehenden Geschäftsprozessen hinsichtlich Digitalisierungs- wie auch Automatisierungspotenzialen.
  • Sie koordinieren Digitalisierungsprojekte, stets in enger Zusammenarbeit mit internen sowie externen Stakeholdern und mit Blick auf Effizienzsteigerungspotenziale.
  • Sie monitoren laufende Digitalisierungsprojekte und erstellen Berichte, um die Einhaltung der Projektbudgets, der vorhandenen Ressourcen sowie der Zeitpläne sicherzustellen.
  • Sie übernehmen die ordnungsgemäße Dokumentation und Kommunikation des Projektstatus an die jeweiligen Interessengruppen.
  • Sie schreiben präzise Anforderungen und begleiten diese durch den gesamten Entwicklungsprozess, einschließlich deren Tests, um höchste Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
Ihr Profil
  • Ein abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Wirtschaftsinformatik, Betriebswirtschaft oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation
  • Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Prozessmanagement, idealerweise in den Bereichen Digitalisierung und Prozessoptimierung
  • Ein gutes Verständnis für Geschäftsprozesse und komplexe Zusammenhänge sowie die Fähigkeit für analytische und konzeptionelle Arbeit
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse in der Prozessanalyse und -modellierung
  • Erfahrung im Umgang mit digitalen Tools sowie IT-Systemen zur Prozessautomatisierung und -modellierung
  • Kommunikationsstärke, Teamfähigkeit und ein hohes Maß an Eigeninitiative
  • Ein sicherer Umgang mit Präsentationstools sowie die Fähigkeit, komplexe Themen klar und überzeugend darzustellen
