Position Overview:
Our design client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Interior Designer to lead a design team in delivering outstanding interior design solutions. This role requires a combination of creativity, technical expertise, and leadership abilities, with a strong focus on multi-residential projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the design process from concept through to completion, ensuring projects meet client expectations and are delivered on time and within budget.
  • Develop innovative design concepts that reflect the latest trends while meeting the functional needs of multi-residential spaces.
  • Utilise Revit and other design software to create detailed design documentation, including floor plans, elevations, and 3D visualisations.
  • Collaborate closely with architects, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution.
  • Mentor and guide junior designers, fostering a collaborative and supportive team environment.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and resolve any design-related issues.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, materials, and technologies to bring fresh ideas to the team.
Qualifications:
  • Minimum 10 years of local experience in interior design, with a focus on multi-residential projects.
  • Proficiency in Revit and other relevant design software.
  • Exceptional spatial planning and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong leadership abilities, with experience managing design teams.
  • A portfolio showcasing a range of completed projects, emphasising creativity and technical expertise.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Compensation:
  • Salary range: $100,000 - $120,000+Super, commensurate with experience. (Negotiable for the right candidate)
