Studio Managerin

We are looking for you, cool-minded with self-confidence, holding the reins firmly in your hand, knowing what you are doing. An explorer of deadlines, documents, and communication in English and German, internally and externally. A problem for which no one else has a solution motivates you. If necessary, "trial and error" is your motto and you stand by your actions. "That is difficult" means to you that it is possible and therefore interesting. You have answers before you are asked, and you are happy about a free workout to the 2nd floor of the building.

1. You support our studio and the management in pushing projects forward, if necessary with a kick in the butt (not physically).
2. Internal communication and organization with and assistance in the various departments such as BizDev, Recruitment, House Technician, Social Media, etc.
3. You prepare meetings, presentations, etc. for internal and external purposes.
4. You update our website with cool and interesting information.
5. And much more; it all depends on your skills and interests.
