So let’s wintogether.Job DescriptionAs a SRE Engineer III, you will join one ofour engineering teams responsible for managing all aspects ofhosting, monitoring, reporting, and incident troubleshooting ofvarious applications running in multiple locations and datacenters.Support and maintain Windows-based applications inhigh-availability production and non-productionenvironments.Provide 2nd and 3rd line incident support to ensureprompt and efficient issue resolution.Collaborate closely withother teams, including development, infrastructure, and security,to ensure applications operate on reliable and secureinfrastructure.Maintain, adapt, and improve monitoring andreporting.Implement best practices for application operations,including change management, release management, capacity, andresource planning, as well as fine-tuning of applicationenvironments.Facilitate effective communication between technicalteams and other key stakeholders, providing advice and support onrelevant topics.Proactively identify opportunities for processimprovement and efficiency gains.Create and maintain technicaldocumentation.Participate in an on-call rotation.Provide mentorshipand support to junior team members to foster their professionaldevelopment and growth.QualificationsAn expert with at least 3+years of experience in Windows-based applicationoperations.Experienced in working in a high-availability, 24/7production environment.Experience with AppDynamics, Kibana,Grafana, and SCOM.Experience with Automation.Experienced inapplication hosting (.NET/Java).Good Web/App Server skills(IIS).Good Networking skills.Good Infrastructure skills (DNS, OS,Virtualization).Experience in scripting (PowerShell,etc.).Experienced with cloud technologies and containerization is aplus.Basic programming experience in C# is a plus.Fluent in English(both written and spoken).Self-driven personality with a keeneagerness to learn and deliver.Problem-solving and analyticalskills.Good communication and training skills.AdditionalInformationAt Entain, we do what's right.
