Information Security Officer (m/w/d)

Ihre Aufgaben

• In einem starken Information Security Team übernehmen Sie die Rolle des Stellvertreters des CISO
• Aufbauend auf einem strukturierten Information-Security-Risikomanagementprozess, Entwicklung innovativer, praxistauglicher Lösungen für Information Security und Business Continuity sowie die Begleitung derer Umsetzung.
• Betrieb und Weiterentwicklung des internen ISMS- & BCM-Policy- und Control-Frameworks.
• Steuerung des Informationssicherheitsrisikomanagements unter Nutzung des GRC-Tools CRISAM.
• Unterstützung unserer Fachbereiche bei der Weiterentwicklung und Einführung von sicheren Unternehmenslösungen und Notfallvorsorgeplänen.
• Begleitung und ggf. Leitung der Projekte mit Bezug zu Information Security Koordination und Business Continuity.
• Vorbereitung und Steuerung von technischen Sicherheitsüberprüfungen „Penetration Tests“.
• Stellvertretung des CISO & BCM in operativen Prozessen und div. Gremien im Unternehmen.

Unsere Anforderungen

• Relevante Berufserfahrung im Bereich Informationssicherheit, IT-Governance, BCM, etc.
• Abgeschlossenes (FH-)Studium oder eine vergleichbare Ausbildung im Bereich Informationssicherheit/Cyber Security oder (Wirtschafts-)Informatik.
• Eigenverantwortliches sowie zuverlässiges, lösungsorientiertes und systematisches Arbeiten.
• Kenntnisse von normativen und regulatorischen Anforderungen wie ISO27001, DORA oder EBA-GL 2019/04 von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse markttechnischer Bankenprozesse von Vorteil.
• Kenntnisse mit dem GRC-Tool CRISAM von Vorteil.

Gemäß dem Kollektivvertrag für Bankangestellte und Banker gewährleisten wir eine Vergütung, die den Marktnormen entspricht und Ihrer Erfahrung sowie Qualifikationen angepasst ist. Laut dem Kollektivvertrag startet das Gehalt für diese Position ab 3500 Euro.
