Stellenbeschreibung

  1. Controlling und Reporting des Standortes
  2. Erstellung von Budget und Forecasts (P&L und Bilanzplanung)
  3. Mitarbeit bei Monats-, Quartals-, und Jahresabschlüssen
  4. Erstellung der Unterlagen für interne sowie externe Audits und Ansprechperson für Wirtschafts- und Betriebsprüfer_innen

Qualifikationen

  1. Abgeschlossenes betriebswirtschaftliches Masterstudium mit dem Schwerpunkt Controlling, Finance oder Ähnliches
  2. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Controlling vorzugsweise im industriellen Umfeld
  3. Versierter Umgang mit MS-Office und SAP, Power-BI-Kenntnisse von Vorteil
  4. Gute analytische Fähigkeiten und Spaß am Umgang mit Zahlen
  5. Proaktive und verantwortungsbewusste Arbeitsweise
  6. Durchsetzungsstärke gepaart mit der Fähigkeit wertschätzend zu kommunizieren
  7. Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift

Zusätzliche Informationen

Das überkollektivvertragliche Bruttojahresgehalt (für 38,5 Stunden) nach dem Kollektivvertrag der Fahrzeugindustrie beträgt für diese Position € 52.000,--. Eine Überzahlung ist aufgrund von entsprechenden Erfahrungen und Qualifikationen gelebte Praxis.
