Ihre Aufgaben:

  1. Administrative und fachliche Führung der Betriebstechnik/Werkstättenleitung
  2. Festlegung der Instandhaltungsstrategie für sämtliche Gebäude, Produktions- und Serviceeinrichtungen, um höchstmögliche Qualität und technische Verfügbarkeit zu gewährleisten
  3. Einkauf, Organisation und Haltung der Ersatzteillager, Auswahl der externen Partner für Servicearbeiten
  4. Projektplanung, -abwicklung und -dokumentation, Erstellung technischer Expertisen und Problemlösungen
  5. Erstellen und Einholen von Betriebsanlagengenehmigungen
  6. Gebäudeinstandhaltung und Facility Management, Überwachung des Energiebedarfs
  7. Erstellung von und Verantwortung für Budgets (Energie, Reparatur, Investitionen) mit dem Fokus auf laufende Kostenoptimierung
  8. Einhaltung der ISO-Standards sowie sonstiger gesetzlicher Vorgaben
  9. Mitglied des Führungsteams des Werkes sowie des Auditteams

Ihr Profil:

  1. Fundierte Ausbildung im Bereich Elektrotechnik (Meisterausbildung, HTL, FH)
  2. Ausbildung zum Energiemanager von Vorteil
  3. Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position, Führungserfahrung
  4. Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
  5. Kommunikationsstarke, serviceorientierte Persönlichkeit mit hoher Sozial- und Problemlösungskompetenz
  6. Englischkenntnisse und hohe IT-Affinität (u.a. MS-Office, CAD)
