Support Consultant/Developer (Microsoft Dynamics 365 F&SCM)In Deinem Job:Kümmerst Du Dich um den Austausch mit unseren Bestandskunden aus dem Bereich Dynamics FSCM / AX, nimmst ihre Anfragen professionell entgegen und sorgst dafür, dass passende Lösungen gefunden werden. Arbeitest Du strukturiert und effektiv. Du behältst den Überblick bei der Bearbeitung von Support-Tickets und Change Requests und achtest stets auf Budget, Aufgabenumfang und Qualität.Betreust Du mehrere große Geschäftskunden und legst großen Wert auf schnelle und kompetente Hilfe für unsere Kunden und stellst dies bei Deiner täglichen Arbeit in den Fokus. Hörst Du aufmerksam zu, kommunizierst gern und empathisch und bist somit wichtige Schnittstelle zwischen Kunden und internen Teams. ​​​​Erkennst Du durch Deine enge Kundenbeziehung proaktiv Erweiterungspotenziale und schlägst Lösungen und Dienstleistungen aus unserem E2E-Portfolio vor. ​​​​​​​Programmierst und optimierst Du Workflows, Datenentitäten, Reports und Formulare in X++ sowie andere für D365 F&O spezifische Technologien. Setzt Du aktuelle Entwicklungswerkzeuge wie Azure DevOps, Visual Studio, GIT sowie KI-gestützte Programmierassistenten ein. Stärkst Du die Qualitätssicherung durch Clean Code, Code Reviews und Unit Testing. Für ein "perfect match" brauchst Du:Fundierte Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations oder AX.Kenntnisse in der Implementierung von Datenintegrationen, z.B. via DMF, Electronic Reporting, Dual Write, OData oder Azure Logic Apps.Gutes Verständnis von D365-Standardmodulen und deren Architektur (z.B. Finance, SCM, Warehouse, Asset Management).Ausgeprägte Erfahrung mit gängigen Entwicklerwerkzeugen (z.B. Visual Studio, GIT) und -plattformen (z.B. Azure DevOps).Idealerweise Erfahrung im Support/Customer Care und eine abgeschlossene IT-Ausbildung oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.Teamgeist, kreative Ideen und Engagement, mit denen Du zum Erfolg unserer Standorte beiträgst.Selbstständigkeit sowie eine ziel- und lösungsorientierte Arbeitsweise, die für Dich selbstverständlich sind.Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse zur Durchführung von Dokumentationen und Gesprächen in beiden Sprachen.Aus gesetzlichen Gründen weisen wir darauf hin, dass das kollektivvertragliche, monatliche Mindestgehalt je nach Erfahrungsstufe und Qualifikation zwischen € 3.016,- und € 4.350,- brutto (Vollzeit) liegt.
