About the Role – Senior Salesperson

Are you a customer-focused, enthusiastic, and personable individual ready to take on the next step in your tyre/automotive career? Come join our growing team at JAX Tyres & Auto-Clyde North.

In this role, you will provide customers with the best possible customer service experience, guiding them to a decision that best meets their wants and needs. You'll be part of a supportive and passionate team, working in a well-organized and fully equipped environment where collaboration and excellence go hand-in-hand.

Your day-to-day tasks would include:

• Greeting customers
• Communicating with customers to understand their needs
• Identifying sales opportunities and promoting specials
• Building and maintaining positive relationships with customers
• Communicating with your team
• Liaising with all staff on current and upcoming job bookings
• Handling and processing payments
• Maintaining sales, receipts, bookings, and stock records

About you

• Experienced in sales & customer service
• Strong product knowledge in tyres & mechanical
• Driven and proactive approach to sales
• Passion and drive to exceed store targets
• Computer literate (Marlin experience beneficial)
• Natural possession of leadership skills
• MUST have experience in the automotive tyre industry
• MUST be available Saturdays (8am-12pm) on a rotating roster
