Verantwortlichkeiten:
  • Verantwortung für die kontinuierliche Weiterentwicklung und Sicherstellung der Markenidentität und -strategie im Einklang mit der Unternehmensvision.
  • Entwicklung und Umsetzung einer effektiven Social Media Strategie, inklusive der inhaltlichen Gestaltung und Koordination von Beiträgen sowie der Zusammenarbeit mit Agenturen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Umsetzung von Corporate Marketing- und Kommunikationsprojekten, wie z.B. Unternehmensvideos.
  • Unterstützung bei der Planung und Durchführung von Messen zur Steigerung der Markenpräsenz.
  • Enge Zusammenarbeit mit den globalen Marketing-Teams und spezialisierten Abteilungen, um Kommunikationsstrategien erfolgreich umzusetzen.
  • Unterstützung bei der Erstellung von Inhalten, wie z.B. Fachartikeln, sowie Koordination von PR-Aktivitäten und Medienarbeit.
  • Monitoring und Analyse der Kommunikationsaktivitäten sowie Erstellung von Reportings.
  • Mitwirkung an der internen Kommunikation, um sicherzustellen, dass Mitarbeiter über wichtige Unternehmensentwicklungen informiert sind und die Unternehmenskultur gestärkt wird.
Qualifikationen:
  • Abgeschlossenes Studium im Bereich Marketing, Kommunikation, Journalismus oder eine vergleichbare Qualifikation.
  • Mindestens 5-10 Jahre Berufserfahrung in einer ähnlichen Position oder im Agenturumfeld.
  • Fundierte Kenntnisse und Erfahrung im Bereich Corporate Branding und Social Media.
  • Starke konzeptionelle Fähigkeiten und Kreativität.
  • Ausgezeichnete Kommunikationsfähigkeiten in Deutsch und Englisch (fließend in Wort und Schrift).
  • Teamorientierte Arbeitsweise und die Fähigkeit, mehrere Projekte gleichzeitig und eigenverantwortlich zu managen.
