Ein Festival besteht nicht nur aus Musik und Bühnen, sondern aus unzähligen Bauwerken: vom Nachbau eines Supermarkts, einem Fashion-Pop-Up-Store für Merchandise bis hin zu einer 20 Meter hohen Spirituosenflasche als Aussichtsplattform, gibt es viele verschiedene Konstruktionen.

Wir suchen den kreativen Kopf hinter diesen Ideen: vom ersten Pitch bis zur technischen Ausarbeitung planst du diese Bauwerke und begleitest die Umsetzung vor Ort während den Festivals.

DEINE NEUE ROLLE

Deine zukünftigen Aufgabengebiete & unsere Anforderungen
  • Erstellung von Designs, Zeichnungen und technischen Ausarbeitungen von Festival-Bauwerken
  • Prüfung der technischen Machbarkeit der Festival-Bauwerke und Begleitung der Umsetzung vor Ort
  • Spaß an der kreativen Ausarbeitung und Erstellung von Konzepten, Moodboards und Präsentationen
  • Externe Abstimmung mit Kunden und Kooperationspartnern und interne Abstimmung mit der Design- und Produktionsabteilung
  • Du teilst unseren Ehrgeiz für exzellente Leistungen und Produkte, verlierst dabei aber nicht deinen Humor und Spaß an der Arbeit
  • Du hast ein ausgeprägtes Auge für Trends, Design und Ästhetik und sorgst mit deinem Feenstaub für den letzten Feinschliff unserer Festivals
  • Du zeichnest dich durch deine Hands-On Mentalität & Teamgeist aus und überzeugst mit einem selbstsicheren & professionellen Auftreten gegenüber Partnern und Lieferanten
  • Technisches Grundverständnis und handwerklich begabt
  • Organisationstalent und eigenständiges Handeln sowie eine rasche Auffassungsgabe
  • Hoher Grad an Zuverlässigkeit und Genauigkeit
  • Teamfähigkeit und Belastbarkeit
  • Sehr gute Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Führerschein Klasse B, Staplerschein
  • Abgeschlossene Ausbildung als technischer Zeichner oder HTL Maschinenbau von Vorteil, jedoch auch für Berufseinsteiger möglich

Revolution Event

Gemeinsam mit einem Team von über 25 jungen, aber sehr erfahrenen Mitarbeiter:innen, werden seit 2008 Veranstaltungen auf höchstem internationalen Niveau entwickelt und umgesetzt. Unser größtes Projekt, das Electric Love Festival mit seinen über 180.000 Besucher:innen, wird von der Strategie, über die Planung der Bühnen sowie Site-Produktion, der Gastronomie bis hin zur gesamten Kommunikation Inhouse betreut.

Somit ergibt sich ein sehr breites Spektrum an Aufgaben und Herausforderungen, die perfekt für leidenschaftliche Menschen geeignet sind und überdurchschnittlich hohe Entwicklungsmöglichkeiten bieten.
