We now a Branch Manager opportunity for you to join our Yatala team on a Full-Time basis.

About the role:

The Branch Manager will report to the Regional Manager and is responsible for driving branch performance and delivering a high quality service to our customers.

This is a highly autonomous position where you'll be able to create your own blueprint for success while being supported by the broader CoolDrive network.

What your responsibilities will be:

  • Establishing the CoolDrive brand and forging a reputation for high quality reliable service
  • Supporting the existing customer base
  • Overseeing sales and warehouse operations
  • Working with the Regional Manager to grow the CoolDrive brand in the region
  • Meeting and exceeding sales targets
  • Leading and inspiring a team to achieve branch target
  • Being a champion for safety

What you will bring:

  • Experience leading a team, preferably within the automotive industry;
  • The ability to meet and exceed performance targets;
  • Exceptional customer service skills and be able to build strong; relationships with others
  • Be able to motivate others and lead by example;
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise what needs to be done;
  • A natural collaborative working style;
  • A forklift licence (desirable); and
