The Opportunity
Take on this leadership position of Divisional CFO, overseeing budgets, optimising reporting systems, and driving financial modelling for internal and external projects, while contributing to the growth and strategic direction of the division.

Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the growth and strategic direction of the division through acquisition advice and integration.
  • Prepare budgets and forecasts to support operational and financial transparency.
  • Optimise reporting systems, including Board reporting, to drive informed decision-making.
  • Lead financial modelling for internal and external projects, such as tender submissions.
  • Oversee client outcomes, revenue, and expense management.
  • Support and mentor managers in improving their financial acumen.
  • Manage one direct report (Business Analyst) in the delivery of business-critical outcomes.

About You

  • Hold a business, finance, or accounting qualification (CPA, CA, or equivalent).
  • Demonstrate strong strategic and analytical skills to enhance process efficiency.
  • Work independently while maintaining exceptional customer relationship management abilities.
  • Understanding of government funding within a Healthcare/NDIS setting.
  • Exhibit highly developed interpersonal skills, including tact and diplomacy.
