As a Business Development Analyst, you will play a crucial role in driving our growth and strategy by conducting in-depth market research, developing financial models, and providing data-driven recommendations for new development opportunities. You will collaborate closely with internal and external teams, manage the business intelligence database, and assess the financial viability of potential projects. Your insights will directly influence decision-making processes and contribute to the continuous improvement of our operations. Your Responsibilities: * Market Research: Conduct in-depth market research to identify trends, opportunities, and risks within the student housing and co-living sectors. * Financial Modelling: Develop and maintain complex financial models for new projects, including cash flow projections, investment analysis, and valuations. * Strategic Business Development: Assess new business development opportunities and provide strategic recommendations based on market research and financial analysis. * Data & Competitive Analysis: Analyze industry data and competitor reports to support the company's strategy. * Project Evaluation & Documentation: Conduct feasibility studies, prepare development proposals, and present findings to senior management. * Stakeholder Management & Travel: Collaborate with internal and external partners and travel to meet with stakeholders and attend industry events. Your profile What we are looking for: * University degree in Real Estate, Finance, or Hospitality with strong quantitative and financial analysis skills. * 2+ years of experience in consulting, investment, or finance within real estate and/or hospitality. * Fluency in English and another language (German, Spanish, Italian, Dutch). * Strong analytical, research, problem-solving, and communication skills. * Results-driven, resourceful, and adaptable, able to prioritize and meet tight deadlines. * Team player with the ability to work independently and autonomously. * Proficient in Office 365 (Excel, PowerPoint). * Self-starter with a proactive approach Why us?
