"Your business is our business." If our Business Management and Operations Team had a slogan, that's what it would be. The fact is, though, that the members of this team are far too busy ensuring our consultants' work is efficient and productive to have the time to come up with slogans. Whether Executive or Management Assistant, Receptionist, Facility Staff member, Team Lead, or Office Manager: Each and every member of the Business Management and Operations Team contributes directly to our consultants' success—and thus to that of our clients.

What You'll Do

As a Working Student in our Reception and Office Operations Team, you will be an important point of contact for our employees, actively helping to ensure that day-to-day office life runs smoothly. Your responsibilities will include welcoming visitors to the office at the reception desk, setting and cleaning up conference rooms, supporting event catering, and providing local support of for health & safety measures. You'll also assist with print and copy jobs in our copy center, as well as running errands and organizing mail and courier services. 
 
As you work to ensure seamlessly functioning internal processes, you'll be as a key interface for both in-house and outside contacts. We encourage self-initiative and will support you in bringing in innovative ideas and turning them into reality.

What You'll Bring

  • You are a student in a bachelor's or master's program (with at least two years of study remaining after your start date at BCG and no mandatory internships planned in the near future). 
  • You're able to keep up with our fast-moving business and are service-oriented and responsive. In addition, you consider yourself an improvisational talent. 
  • You have good organizational skills and attention to detail, and you enjoy working in a service role. 
  • You're unfailingly friendly and polite in interactions with coworkers and clients. 
  • Strong motivation, flexibility, and commitment are as much a part of your character as absolute trustworthiness, discretion, and a sense of responsibility. 
  • You communicate competently and professionally in German and English and work proficiently with MS Office programs.

Who You'll Work With

You can look forward to working with a dynamic team comprised of two full-time and one part-time members, in which tasks are flexibly distributed.
