Job Description The Infrastructure Project Manager will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and managing all infrastructure suppliers and technical aspects of event setups. This role ensures that all essential services—power, lighting, sound, water supply, and temporary structures—are delivered efficiently, safely, and within budget.Project Planning & CoordinationDevelop infrastructure plans for each event, considering site logistics, supplier capabilities, and client requirementsCoordinate with internal teams (e.g., event managers, chefs, logistics) to align infrastructure needsEnsure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulationsSupplier & Stakeholder ManagementIdentify, contract, and manage relationships with suppliers for power, lighting, sound, water, and temporary structuresNegotiate contracts and ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are metAct as the primary point of contact between suppliers and internal teamsOn-Site Management & Troubleshooting Oversee the setup, operation, and dismantling of infrastructure componentsConduct site inspections to ensure all elements meet quality, safety, and operational standardsTroubleshoot any infrastructure-related issues that arise before or during eventsBudget & Cost ControlDevelop and manage the infrastructure budget for each eventMonitor costs and optimize supplier contracts to maintain cost efficiencyTrack expenses and report financial performance to senior management Qualifications Proven experience (5+ years) in infrastructure project management within events, catering, or live production industriesStrong technical knowledge of temporary event power, water supply, lighting, sound, and structuresExcellent supplier management and negotiation skillsAbility to work under pressure and solve problems quickly in a fast-paced environmentStrong organizational and communication skillsWillingness to travel and work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends Additional Information We offer a gross yearly salary starting from €70.000,00 The opportunity to become part of the exclusive world of our international eventsWork with a high-profile, international clienteleAn open company culture with career advancement opportunities in a globally active groupAttractive, above-average pay, including travel expenses and allowancesInternational career opportunities within DO & CO Be part of a dynamic team delivering world-class eventsDO&CO is an equal opportunity employer.
