Asset Development Manager

goa Billboards is Australia's most experienced Out-of-Home operator and a foundation member of the Alliance Outdoor Media Group. We're looking for an energised Asset Development Manager to join our development team and help grow and expand our inventory base.

If you have commercial property/real estate experience and are looking for a new challenge, then this is the ideal role for you We're looking for an outgoing, charismatic, and proactive go-getter to fill the newly created position of Asset Development Manager.
The successful applicant will work alongside goa's Head of Asset Development and will be required to have a close working relationship with all department heads within the business.
Day to day, you will split your time between being out on the road speaking to various stakeholders in an effort to secure the best billboard locations available, and in-office researching, preparing, and compiling pertinent information in relation to securing stakeholder approvals (such as landowners and various government departments). You'll love being a team player and enjoy working in a fast-paced environment.
As part of the role, you will be required to travel nationally.
Key Responsibilities:- Background in commercial property, leasing, and/or real estate.
- Experience with commercial contracts.
- Strong business acumen, with good problem-solving and negotiation skills.
- Ability to multitask and manage multiple touchpoints.
- Exceptional attention to detail.
- Effective time management, organisational and prioritisation skills, able to prioritise quickly and effectively, and work under pressure.
- Excellent communication skills (verbal, email, and handwritten) are a must.
- Experience in a regulatory and/or compliance type role.
- Positive self-driven person capable of working independently and as part of a team.
- Strong relationship builder, ability to converse with a broad audience and backgrounds, and build long-term relationships.
- Be well presented with a professional, friendly, and confident manner.
- Clean open driver's licence, along with a tidy and reliable vehicle.
A commensurate salary, allowance, and commission package will be offered to the successful candidate.
