Wir suchen für ein innovatives Unternehmen in Salzburg, interessierte BewerberInnen, die sich im Bereich Software Support weiterentwickeln wollen.

Aufgaben:

  • Erster Ansprechpartner für Kundenanfragen im Zusammenhang mit SQL-Datenbanken
  • Analyse und Behebung von technischen Problemen und Fehlermeldungen in Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Entwicklern und Projektleitern
  • Durchführung von Diagnosen und Troubleshooting, um Kunden bei der Optimierung der Datenbankleistung zu unterstützen
  • Beratung und Schulung von Kunden in Bezug auf die effiziente Nutzung der Datenbankprodukte
  • Dokumentation von Support-Anfragen, Lösungen und Best Practices zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung unseres Support-Services
  • Teilnahme an der Erstellung von Support-Dokumentationen, FAQs und Schulungsmaterialien für Kunden

Anforderungen:

  • Berufserfahrung und/oder relevante Ausbildung/Studium
  • Einsteigerfreundliche Position
  • Wichtig: Vertrautheit mit SQL-Abfragen und Datenbankverwaltungstools
  • Gute Kenntnisse in der Fehlerdiagnose und -behebung sowie im Troubleshooting von Datenbankproblemen
  • Ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten und die Fähigkeit, komplexe technische Informationen verständlich zu vermitteln
  • Kundenorientierung und die Fähigkeit, effektiv mit Kunden unterschiedlicher technischer Kenntnisse zu interagieren
  • Strukturierte und ergebnisorientierte Arbeitsweise sowie die Fähigkeit, Prioritäten zu setzen
  • Sehr gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
