Role Overview: As a growing organisation, we are looking for 2 Line Managers to join our team. As a Line Manager you will be responsible for leading, guiding and supporting 5-8 Early Learning Centres. This role requires someone that is passionate about Early Education, flexible with hours, a strategic thinker and has excellent leadership skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and support multiple centres.
- Ensure high standards of the NQS delivery and customer service.
- Develop and implement operational strategies to achieve business goals and growth.
- Monitor and analyse performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train and mentor educators to maintain a high-performing team.
- Foster strong relationships with stakeholders, including parents, children and community partners.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
Qualifications:
- At least 5 years experience as a Centre Director, Area Manager experience preferred.
- Strong leadership and team management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to travel regularly to various locations within the Eastern Suburbs.
- Strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Diploma or Bachelor's degree in ECEC (required)
- Advanced Diploma in Community Sector Management or Business Training (preferred).
