Senior Researcher - Lebensmitteltechnologie und -wissenschaften — Department Lebensmitteltechnologie & Ernährung

Im Zuge des weiteren Ausbaus unserer Aktivitäten gelangt nachstehende Position zur Besetzung (m/w/d).

Aufgaben
  • Leitung innovativer Forschungsprojekte in Zusammenarbeit mit renommierten Partnerunternehmen aus der Praxis
  • Durchführung und Überwachung von Labor- und Produktionsexperimenten in unseren hauseigenen Laboratorien
  • Erstellung von Fachpublikationen sowie Durchführung von Vorträgen und Präsentationen zur kontinuierlichen Erweiterung unseres Kooperationsnetzwerks
  • Akquisition von Forschungsförderungen und Drittmitteln
  • Praxisnahe Durchführung von Lehrveranstaltungen in deutscher und englischer Sprache
  • Betreuung von Studierenden im Rahmen wissenschaftlicher Arbeiten, Abschlussarbeiten und studentischen Projekten
  • Abgeschlossene Promotion im naturwissenschaftlich-technischen Bereich der Lebensmitteltechnologie bzw. Lebensmittelwissenschaften
  • Nachweisliche Erfahrung in der Projektarbeit und Lehre im Hochschulbereich
  • Ausgeprägtes Interesse an neuen (Forschungs-)Trends in der Lebensmitteltechnologie, wie pflanzliche Ernährung, alternative Proteine, Clean-Label Produkte o.ä.
  • Internationale Ausrichtung und großes Interesse an innovativer, digitaler und moderner Bildung
  • Hervorragende Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch
  • Freude am Umgang mit Studierenden sowie Begeisterung für die Lehre
