Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Product Owner to join our dynamic team. As a Product Owner, you will oversee the end-to-end process from creating specifications to project completion. You will work closely with developers, stakeholders, and customers to translate business requirements into actionable deliverables while maintaining alignment with the company's vision and goals.

Your Tasks

  1. Technical responsibility for managing the backlog, sprint planning, writing user stories and coaching the team in the context of the Scrum framework
  2. Collaborate with clients and the sales team to gather requirements and translate them into detailed specifications and user stories
  3. Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality solutions
  4. Act as point of contact for the development team, sales team and customers
  5. Continuously assess product performance, collect feedback, and implement improvements
  6. Provide clear and concise updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and outcomes
  7. Stay informed about industry trends, technologies, and competitor offerings to maintain a competitive edge

Your Profile

  1. Successfully completed education at Matura level (HTL) or higher (University, FH), preferably in the IT field or in project management
  2. Proven experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager, preferably in the aviation industry, but not a must
  3. Preferably understanding of the Scrum framework and agile methodologies.
  4. Preferably a technical knowledge in software development
  5. Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills
  6. Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
  7. Proficiency in using product management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence)
  8. Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving abilities
  9. Familiarity with software development processes and technical concepts

Pay range and compensation package

For this position, a collective agreement minimum salary of € 44.450 gross per year applies. Your actual salary will be market-based, considering your professional experience and qualifications.
