YOUR RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Overseeing all e-commerce activities, focusing on enhancing online sales and customer satisfaction.
  • Managing social media activities for our brands, ensuring robust engagement and a strong brand presence across various platforms.
  • Managing global e-commerce initiatives and the integration of new functionalities on our website, aiming to enhance the user experience.
  • Monitoring supply chain systems and their relevant interfaces.
  • Managing shop screens campaigns and POS materials campaigns, ensuring cohesive and effective promotional efforts across all touchpoints.
  • Generating and analyzing digital reports on website performance and providing actionable insights to improve strategies and ensure accurate, timely communication to stakeholders.
  • Responsible for leading, coaching, and developing the digital marketing team.
YOUR PROFILE:
  • You have a degree in marketing, business management, economics, or similar.
  • At least 7 years of professional experience in a similar position.
  • You have leadership experience and the ability to promote and develop employees in a targeted manner, as well as a successfully passed our career assessment center (CAC).
  • You are characterized by your agility and analytical thinking skills as well as a high level of communication skills, combined with being an excellent team player.
  • You are considerate, enjoy working independently, and love to think outside the box.
  • You have good IT skills (MS Office) and advanced knowledge of SEO strategies and social media management.
  • Business fluent in English, both written and spoken. German knowledge is an advantage, but not a must-have.
