Dann sind Sie hier richtig, um unser Team zu verstärken UNSER STANDORT NOVOMATIC AGWiener Straße 158Gumpoldskirchen www.novomatic.com IHRE AUFGABEN * Sie unterstützen bei der Koordination des Lizenzierungsprozesses bis zum Abschluss und Erhalt der jeweiligen Lizenzen sowie bei der Administration der bestehenden Lizenzen (regelmäßige Berichterstattung, Lizenzerneuerungen, Bearbeitung spezifischer Anfragen der Behörden, etc.) * Sie sind für die elektronische sowie haptische Ablage von Dokumenten und vertraulichen Korrespondenzen zuständig * Sie bearbeiten anfallende allgemeine administrative Tätigkeiten (Terminvereinbarungen, Kalendieren von Fristen, Bestellung von Büromaterial, etc.) * Sie buchen Auslandreisen für die Abteilung und erledigen diverse Botengänge im Raum Baden/Wien * Sie bearbeiten kleinere fachspezifische Anfragen (nach Einschulung auch Know Your Customer-Anfragen) IHR PROFIL * Mehrjährige einschlägige Berufserfahrung, idealerweise in einer Anwaltskanzlei oder in einer Steuer- oder Wirtschaftsprüfung * Abgeschlossene Ausbildung im administrativen Bereich (z.B.
