In this role, the ideal candidate will manage and draft our PR strategies, manage media and influencer relationships, and oversee content across channels to boost brand visibility. You will create engaging content, experiment with trends, and leverage analytics to refine strategies and drive audience engagement. Your extensive expertise in PR, social media, content creation, and strategic thinking, combined with strong communication and project management skills, ensures impactful results.

Your Challenge & Tasks

• Manage our brand's PR strategies and media cooperations to utilize 3rd parties to emphasize and amplify our brand narrative.
  
• Build and maintain strong relationships with journalists and media, particularly those relevant to the industry and our business. Plan and execute press and networking events.
  
• Foster relationships with influencers and thought leaders within the industry through building up a brand ambassador network to expand our reach and enhance brand awareness.
  
• Establish, manage, and optimize Mavie Brand channels such as websites and social media to maximize our brand presence. Experiment with new formats, trends, and emerging platforms to bring Mavie to the top of mind of our audiences.
  
• Content creation across channels, including press releases (in collaboration with our PR agency), blog articles, newsletters, and social media content. Develop and execute new content strategies and formats that trigger our target audience and build a strong emotional bond with our brand.
  
• Develop a deep understanding of our audience personas and tailor strategies to engage and captivate them with our narrative and targeted storytelling.
  
• Orchestrate an always-on content plan across all Mavie business units to support customer acquisition and retention across all business units of Mavie.
  
• Monitor and analyze KPIs to track the effectiveness of all initiatives under your responsibility to derive actionable learnings and next steps for optimization.

What you need to be successful

• Working proficiency in both German and English
• Successful track record of establishing and managing PR as well as content and channel strategies, and platforms of thriving brands and products. We look for someone with vast experience who has already created significant impact in their previous roles, but is keen to create more with Mavie, revolutionizing content and channel strategies in healthcare.
• Content creation and copywriting
• Proven ability to create compelling and engaging content across different formats and channels.
• Strong copywriting skills with the ability to craft messages that resonate with the target audience.
• Multichannel Management: Experience in managing and optimizing content across various platforms, including social media, websites, blogs, email marketing, and potentially emerging platforms.
• Strategic Thinking: Ability to align content strategies with the overall brand strategy and broader marketing objectives and business goals.
• Analytics and Data Interpretation: Proficiency in using analytics tools to track and measure the performance of content across channels and the ability to derive actionable insights to continually refine and optimize our strategies.
• Social Media Savvy: In-depth knowledge of social media platforms, trends, and best practices and experience in implementing successful campaigns and growing an engaged online community.
• Experience with PR and media relations.
• Excellent project management skills paired with a creative and curious mindset, you always want to experiment with new approaches, tools and content/media trends.
• Strong network of journalists, independent content creators and social media experts and the ability to manage them.
• Strong Interpersonal & Communication Skills: You like to build positive relationships with team members, clients, and stakeholders through clear, effective communication, active listening, and empathy, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions.
• Team-Orientation & Collaborative Mindset: You work well in team settings, support colleagues, and respect diverse perspectives, and contribute to collective success through flexibility and cooperation, all with a strong work ethic.
• Fast & Efficient Delivery: You manage time effectively to meet deadlines, remain productive under pressure, and proactively solve problems to ensure high-quality, timely results, demonstrating professionalism and integrity throughout.

Due to legal requirements in Austria, we are obliged to state the minimum salary for this position. Our salary range for this position starts at 70.000 €. Based on your experience and qualifications, our final offer will be a competitive market value-based salary.
