We are hiring a Head of Performance Marketing (f/m/d) to own strategy, execution, and results across all performance channels, while driving innovation and ensuring strong yearly growth.
Your areas of responsibility:
- Lead Strategy & Execution: Drive performance across Socials, PPC, CRM, TV, and other channels to achieve ambitious ROAS and revenue goals.
- Team Leadership: Mentor and upskill your team, build a high-performance, results-driven culture.
- Manage & Optimize High-Spend Budgets: Take full ownership of 8-figure yearly spends, ensuring scalable growth and profitability through precise channel steering. Develop and execute budgeting, content, and channel strategies with a strong focus on CLV and CPA to maximize efficiency and long-term value.
- Drive Innovation: Integrate AI, automation, and cutting-edge tools to scale efficiently and stay ahead of trends.
- Foster Collaboration: Align with Marketing Heads and other departments to ensure seamless strategy execution and knowledge sharing.
- Leverage Data: Use advanced analytics and attribution models to optimize customer journeys and channel performance.
- Cultivate Agility: Promote rapid experimentation and adaptive marketing strategies to uncover new growth opportunities.
- Team setup: Ensure the team has the skills to develop all channels, you are actively shaping the team setups and individual skills needed to have a well equipped team
Your profile:
- Proven Expertise: Extensive and professional experience in D2C performance marketing, with a track record of success managing high budgets and scaling campaigns.
- Analytical & Innovative: Strong data-driven decision-making skills with experience in AI tools, attribution models, and automation.
- Leadership: Proven ability to lead and develop teams in a fast-paced, results-oriented environment.
- Growth Mindset: Experience with agile marketing and a hands-on approach to uncovering growth opportunities.
- Technical Skills: Advanced Excel proficiency and familiarity with performance tracking tools.
- Languages: Fluent in English; additional languages are a plus.

- Working Hours: 38,5h
- Salary(FT): The salary for this position is between EUR 58.000-EUR 65.000 gross per year + attractive on-top bonus. Your actual wage depends on your professional experience and qualifications.
- Location: Our headquarter in Vienna, on a hybrid WFH basis
