The Role

We are seeking a motivated and talented Graduate Analyst to join our growing Investment team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to build financial analysis skills to support strategic growth initiatives, including capital works projects, acquisitions, and other investment opportunities.

As a member of the team, you will provide critical research, analysis, and insights to support detailed investment cases for property developments and business acquisitions. The role will provide an opportunity to be involved in investment modelling, strategic planning, and stakeholder engagement to drive key business decisions.

Core Responsibilities
  • Conducting research and analysis to support the preparation of detailed investment cases for property developments, tenders and acquisitions.
  • Analysing financial statements and identifying key activity drivers to inform investment decisions.
  • Supporting the preparation of board and investment committee papers related to capital allocation and development projects.
  • Building and maintaining detailed development and valuation models, including ROI, IRR, and NPV calculations.
  • Assisting Managers and Senior Investment Analysts in coordinating cross-functional teams to execute development pipelines successfully.
  • Providing research and modelling support to other business functions.
Your Experience

Required Skills and Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Finance, Mathematics, Engineering, or a related field.
