The Aiya family business is Japan's largest producer of premium Matcha green tea (champagne in the world of teas). With over 135 years of experience in the production of exquisite teas, our products set the benchmark for tea products in the food sector year after year. AIYA Europe has been importing the highest quality Matcha teas for the European market for 20 years. Our product portfolio covers the entire spectrum between bulk products for industrial customers and retail products for end consumers. Since 1.1.2021 we are IFS Broker certified. Junior Marketing Manager (m/f/d)

Your future field of activity
  • Execute and manage community & events & initiatives for AIYA Europe and KISSA brands, driving engagement and building strong relationships with customers and stakeholders, including influencers and partners.
  • Foster online and offline community interactions through social media, newsletters, and collaborative projects with other businesses and influencers, enhancing brand loyalty and awareness.
  • Support and execution of B2B and B2C marketing projects for AIYA Europe and KISSA brands, including content creation for social media, websites, newsletters, and campaign management across multiple channels.
  • Project management and event organization, collaborating on product and brand management projects, and supporting the optimization of marketing materials and campaign outcomes.

About you
  • You have completed a degree or training in marketing and have already gained at least 2 years of professional experience in this field.
  • Your heart beats for the diverse world of marketing and you are very familiar with social media as well as advertising and communication opportunities on the web.
  • You are reliable, a team player and work independently.
  • In addition to very good MS Office skills, you are also familiar with image processing programs (Adobe Creative Suite). Thanks to your fluency in German and English, it is easy for you to respond to the needs of different target groups.
  • Communication is your passion and as a versatile organizational talent you always maintain an overview in complex projects. You know the right balance between flexibility and goal orientation and score points with your hands-on mentality.

Salary

The minimum annual salary for this position is €35,000 on a full-time basis. A higher salary is possible depending on qualifications.
