Senior Mobilisation Coordinator

The opportunity:

As a Senior Mobilisation Coordinator, you will be a part of a high performing team. You will look after a variety of blue- and white-collar roles in the mobilisation stage on behalf of our clients, managing large volumes of positions across our divisions. This will be a fast-paced and challenging role, requiring you to have a high attention to detail and a process-driven approach. You will possess exceptional communication skills and can prioritise and multi-task effectively.

What you will Bring:

  • Managing end to end mobilisation process for high volumes of candidates, ideally within mining and resources.
  • Prior experience in running background and VEVO checks, booking in medicals and ensuring applicants have the correct tickets and licenses.
  • Reviewing, screening and coordinating candidates and contractors.
  • Assisting in coordinating flights and accommodation for candidates and contractors.
  • Ensuring inductions are completed and health and safety assessments are issued.
  • Communicating with internal staff and external clients in a professional and collaborative manner.
