The role:
An exciting opportunity for a Client-Side Project Manager to join a growing Project Management team to lead on projects across commercial, industrial and workplace sectors for Knight Frank's major clients. This role will involve working independently or under the guidance of senior resources to manage all aspects of project delivery. The Project Manager will ensure that all client requirements are met, including time, cost, quality, and safety.

Key Responsibilities:
- Project feasibility studies and budget costings.
- Procurement of project teams, including design consultants, certifiers, and other consultants.
- Design process management.
- Development of project procurement methodologies and project quality plans.
- Project cost estimation and cost management.
- Preparation of construction contracts.
- Preparation of appointment Deeds under the WHS legislation.
- Contract administration and contact Superintendent roles.
- Management of building contractors on site.
- Deliver Project Management services on a varied mix of projects including new build, refurbishment, CAPEX, and repositioning projects across all sectors in which Knight Frank operate.
- Contribute to business development including strategy, tenders/submissions, client pitches and pricing submissions.
Who we are looking for:
- At least 3-4 years of relevant experience in project management either for a client, consultancy, or contractor.
- Degree level qualification or equivalent in a property related discipline such as architecture or engineering, project or construction management or property economics.
- Demonstrated understanding of relevant building legislation in home state.
- Understanding of processes involved in delivery of a project for clients acting as a client representative including key elements such as time, cost, quality, and safety.
- Computer literate with basic MS Word, Excel skills key MS software (Word, Excel, Project, and PowerPoint).
