Due to continued success and a stellar reputation, they're now looking to appoint an experienced Senior Supervisor, to manage between 3-4 sites with a combined value of around $20m.

The Role:

Reporting to the leadership team, you will have the responsibility for:

1. Supervise and manage the construction of 1, 2 & 3 storey homes
2. Allocate materials and trades to job sites
3. Ensure timely construction of new homes
4. Effectively communicate with clients, trades and management in a professional and integral manner
5. Inspect completed projects to ensure the highest standards of quality are delivered
6. Identify and resolve problems throughout the construction process

About You:

To be successful in this role, you will have:

1. Strong site management experience managing luxury homes, in excess of $2m+ each (Essential)
2. A positive and self-motivated approach to your work
3. Fantastic eye for detail and unwavering standards
4. Ability to manage multiple sites at one time
