In einem führenden Unternehmen der IoT-Branche arbeitest du eng mit Kunden zusammen, um Pilotprojekte zum Erfolg zu führen und die Digitalisierung voranzutreiben. Dabei bist du direkt vor Ort bei Kunden und verantwortest die Implementierung neuer Technologien.

Aufgabengebiet
  • Begleite die Einführung und Implementierung von Prototypen und Pilotprodukten direkt beim Kunden und sorge für einen erfolgreichen Start
  • Vor Ort bist du der Problemlöser, der für eine reibungslose Inbetriebnahme sowie Fehlerbehebung sorgt
  • Trage entscheidend zur Weiterentwicklung von Produkteigenschaften bei und liefere wertvolle Rückmeldungen an die R&D Teams, um Qualität und Zuverlässigkeit zu sichern
  • Durch Deine Nähe zum Kunden erkennst Du Risiken frühzeitig und leitest entsprechende Maßnahmen ein, um deren Erfolg sicherzustellen
  • In enger Abstimmung mit den Projektmanagern und dem Kundensupport führst Du umfassende Fehleranalysen durch und erstellst detaillierte Berichte
  • Abgeschlossene technische Ausbildung (HTL, FH, Uni) im Bereich Elektronik, Informatik oder ähnliches
  • Rund 3 Jahre Erfahrung als Application Engineer, technischer Kundenmanager, technischer Support-Spezialist oder einer vergleichbaren Rolle im Bereich IoT-, Cloud- oder Consumer-Elektronik-Produkte
  • Fundiertes Wissen über IT-Netzwerke sowie Kenntnisse im Bereich von Funkprotokollen, wie Wi-Fi, Bluetooth, Zigbee, LoRa
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
  • Kommunikativer Teamplayer mit einem starken analytischen Verständnis
  • Reisebereitschaft von ca. 40-50 % (vorwiegend unter der Woche)

Gehaltsrange

Mindestgehalt: EUR 3600 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis)

Das mögliche Gehalt liegt je nach Qualifikation & Berufserfahrung zwischen EUR 3600 und EUR 4500 brutto / Monat (auf Vollzeitbasis).
