We are looking for an outstanding personality for our design team from April 2025 who wants to work independently in a small team with a lot of energy to drive our product development forward, among other things.

• You are a professional when it comes to driving the conceptual and visual development of our products, services and solutions.
• You are the right person for gridX when it comes to creating high-quality content on modern platforms in cooperation with product management and our front-end team.
• You can use your skills to translate complex data into user-friendly dashboard/interface-design solutions.
• You are our brain when it comes to creating test plans, wireframes, prototypes and A/B tests.
• You are responsible for multidisciplinary design tasks including UX, UI and support our development teams with your expertise.
• The close cooperation with the team and partners and the customer-oriented approach motivate you in your daily work.

• You have at least 2-3 years of professional experience in the UX/UI field.
• You have a successfully completed degree or training, e.g. in the field of design, HCI, marketing or digital media.
• The ability to build components, prototypes and click dummies with Figma or similar is a must.
• You are up to date when it comes to agile testing methods and tools for product development.
• Your knowledge of graphic design tools (e.g. Figma, Adobe CC and a prototyping tool such as XD, Sketch or similar) is part of your profile.
• Your strong communication and teamwork skills make you an ideal addition to the innovative team.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
• You are creative and look for effective and useful communication channels.
• Your knowledge of frontend development is advantageous (HTML and CSS).
