Ihre Aufgaben: * Verantwortung für die Umsetzung und Einhaltung der nationalen, EU- und US-Re- Exportkontrollregularien, um einen durchgehenden rechtskonformen Exportkontrollprozess sicherzustellen * Ansprechperson und Unterstützung bei der Prüfung von Geschäftsvorgängen auf ihre exportkontrollrechtliche Zulässigkeit bzw Abwicklung von Ausfuhrgenehmigungsverfahren * Prüfung von Geschäftspartnern nach Sanktionslisten, kritische Endverwendung und Länderprüfung * Sicherstellen der technischen Klassifizierung von Gütern nach EU-Güterliste und Commerce Control List (CCL) des BIS durch die technischen Spezialisten im Hause * Gestaltung und Anpassung von Verfahren und Prozessen zu Exportkontrollthemen * Monitoren von gesetzlichen Änderungen im Bereich der Exportkontrolle und Ableitung neuer Anforderungen - national und international * Vorbereitung und Durchführung von Schulungen zu Exportkontrollthemen auf Basis erstellter und regelmäßig aktualisierter Schulungs- und Informationsunterlagen Ihr Profil: * Abgeschlossene technische oder wirtschaftliche Ausbildung mit technischem Verständnis für Produkte vorzugsweise im Bereich Industrie-, Kommunikations- und Infrastrukturanlagen (Studium/HTL/ HAK) * Juristische Ausbildung von Vorteil aber nicht Voraussetzung * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung im Bereich Exportkontrolle international tätiger Unternehmen von Vorteil aber nicht Voraussetzung * Ausgezeichnete Deutsch- und gute Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift * Sehr gute MS Office- und ERP-Anwenderkenntnisse * Engagierte und teamfähige Persönlichkeit mit hoher Serviceorientierung * Selbstständige und strukturierte Arbeitsweise Wir bieten: * Hochflexible Arbeitszeiten und Home-Office Möglichkeiten * FACC Job Rad: Lease my bike * Betriebskantine und Essenszuschuss * FACC Bonuscard zahlreiche Vergünstigungen und Angebote in regionalen Geschäften * Ganzjährige Kinderbetreuungsmöglichkeit * Firmeninternes Gesundheitsprogramm mit vielfältigen Aktivitäten zur Gesundheitsförderung * Zukunftsorientiertes Unternehmen mit einem spannenden Produktportfolio in den Bereichen zivile Luftfahrt, unbemannte Luftfahrt (Drohnen) und Raumfahrt * Abwechslungsreiches und internationales Arbeitsumfeld * Attraktive Möglichkeiten zur fachlichen und persönlichen Weiterentwicklung * Crew events/Team events Wenn Sie in Ihrem Arbeitsalltag etwas bewegen und an unserem Unternehmenserfolg teilhaben möchten, dann freuen wir uns auf Ihre aussagekräftige Bewerbung vorzugsweise per Online-Formular.
