Cloud Developer – Global Life Science Company

On behalf of our Client – a market leader in certain type of medical devices, pioneering in their field – we are looking for a Cloud Developer to join their team in Austria. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the deployment of mobile & desktop applications.

Responsibilities:

  • Designing, developing, maintaining and optimizing mobile & desktop applications
  • Maintaining effective partnerships with feature teams for the development of cloud services for mobile & desktop apps and their corresponding interfaces
  • Proactive research of new features on existing services and new services to provide optimization of continuous development, integration and delivery
  • Adopting and determining reference architectures, implementations and design of efficient, reusable and scalable software modules using cloud technologies
  • Cooperating with the test team in creating the required test scenarios

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering or equivalent
  • 3+ years of professional experience in software development
  • Expert knowledge of .NET Core and C# with a strong focus on Web API (REST and gRPC); good programming skills in other object-oriented languages
  • Working knowledge of NoSQL databases and expert knowledge of data-modeling techniques
  • Familiarity with cloud architectures; cloud monitoring and maintenance skills; knowledge of cloud-native technologies such as Docker, Kubernetes, Helm, and Networking is also essential
  • Fluency in English (both written and spoken) required
