Description

The Territory Manager – South East VIC will be responsible for managing a portfolio of existing customers while actively identifying new opportunities within the market. This role involves servicing customers across South East Victoria, with regular face-to-face customer visits. The Territory Manager will work to strengthen relationships, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive growth.

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan to grow the customer base and increase market share within South East VIC
• Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with customers.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities with food manufacturers and suppliers.
• Organise and conduct regular customer meetings to strengthen relationships, understand their needs, and identify opportunities for growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth product delivery, customer satisfaction, and problem resolution.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adjust strategies as needed.

Profile

• Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, within the food manufacturing, industrial supplies, or related sectors.
• Strong understanding of the food manufacturing industry and its supply chain needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to build rapport and establish trust with new and existing customers.
• Self-motivated and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel within the territory as required.
