Head Global Swine Strategic Marketing and New Business Development
Location: Austria, remote, also other European locations possible
Are you a Species expert for Swine, passionate about driving innovation and leading commercial strategies for new solutions and services within our Animal Nutrition Health Business? We are looking for a dynamic individual to join our team and spearhead the expansion of our Swine business into new segments and markets through innovation.

Your key responsibilities
- Lead the commercial workstream in innovation projects for new solutions & services with responsibility for target product profile, go-to-market strategy, regional onboarding and engagement, and business case.
- Develop differentiated positioning, including application programs and value proposition for new solutions & services.
- Coordinate with the regions, operating units, and local markets to execute the launch of new solutions & services.
- Provide technical support to key customers & other key industry stakeholders such as genetic companies for new solutions & services together with the local teams.
- Track competitor activities and gather intelligence on their competing offerings for new solutions & services.
- Collaborate with regional and OU teams to define the fees & grants allocation for new solutions & services for their specific specie.
- Define the program and coordinate the execution of specific specie days working with the regions and OUs.
- Develop strong relationships and network with specie experts across ANH and ensure they are trained on new solutions & services.

You bring
- Min. 7 years of marketing and technical expertise in the global animal nutrition industry.
- Species Expert Swine.
- Strong business background, experience and interest in commercial business development, marketing concepts, and solution selling environment.
- English fluent, any other language is a plus.
- Travel Readiness 40% globally.
