Your Responsibilities:

  1. Design and implement operational best practices based on ITIL
  2. Define and develop operating models for shared services provided in projects globally
  3. Enable our DevOps and technical support units to maintain products and platforms and contribute to the company's cloud adoption
  4. Support international bids with the elaboration of operational concepts/requirements and cost calculation
  5. Contribute to architectural blueprints to achieve a stable, secure, and scalable platform
  6. Drive the onboarding of Operational Tools and Services, in collaboration with respective business owners
  7. Oversee requirement capture, prioritization, testing, communication and deployment
  8. Negotiate with and monitor potential sub-contractors

Your Profile:

  1. At least 10 years of experience in Service Operations with a deep understanding of ITIL best practices (certifications are an asset)
  2. Strong understanding of SAFe principles and agile methodologies including source control, iterative development, and rapid prototyping.
  3. Able to lead tasks and efforts in a global support environment across multiple time zones and regions
  4. Endurance to drive technological changes
  5. A structured and independent way of working with excellent communication and presentation skills in a multi-cultural environment
  6. English fluency
  7. Good written and oral German
