Stelle: Als Administration Group Manager (m/w/d) wirst du: * einen reibungslosen Büroablauf gewährleisten und die Einhaltung gesetzlicher sowie interner Anforderungen sicherstellen, insbesondere im Zusammenhang mit den etablierten Managementsystemen * das bestehende Admin-Team führen und entwickeln, Aufgaben priorisieren und Hauptansprechpartner:in für das lokale Managementteam im Bereich Reise-, Meeting- und Veranstaltungsorganisation sein * im Rahmen der Verwaltung unseres Steuerlagers einen reibungslosen Ablauf zur Probenannahme, -aufbewahrung und -entsorgung gewährleisten sowie mit unserer internen Steuerabteilung sowie externen Zollbehörden zusammenarbeiten * gemeinsam mit deinem Team Bestellungen für alle Bereiches des Unternehmens durchführen sowie den Wareneingang verbuchen, und Wareneingangs- sowie Rechnungsprüfungen durchführen Innerhalb von 6 Monaten wirst du: * administrative Prozesse in Zusammenarbeit mit anderen internen Abteilungen optimieren und starke Beziehungen zu internen und externen Stakeholdern aufbauen und pflegen * als GLP-Archivar:in tätig sein und zur kontinuierlichen Verbesserung der Managementsysteme beitragen Anforderungen: * Ausbildung auf Maturaniveau, kaufmännische oder technische Fachrichtung von Vorteil * Mehrjährige Berufserfahrung in einer administrativen Führungsrolle inkl.
