About Us:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Oversee day-to-day operations within the production kitchen.
  2. Develop innovative and health-conscious menus that align with our vision.
  3. Lead, mentor, and work alongside a diverse team of volunteers, fostering a positive and inclusive environment.
  4. Manage ordering, stock control, and inventory to ensure cost-efficiency and minimal waste.
  5. Ensure compliance with food safety and hygiene standards.
  6. Collaborate with the General Manager to align kitchen operations with organizational goals.
  7. Maintain detailed records and provide regular reports on kitchen performance and stock management.

What We’re Looking For:

  1. Proven experience as a Head Chef or Executive Chef in a production or commercial kitchen.
  2. Passion for health-focused cuisine and innovation in menu development.
  3. Strong leadership and people management skills, particularly in a volunteer-based environment.
  4. Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
  5. Comprehensive knowledge of food safety and hygiene regulations.
  6. Ability to work collaboratively and communicate effectively with diverse teams.
