Our client is a leading Not-For-Profit focused on the delivery of Health and Community Services.

ROLE:

We are seeking a highly experienced Program Director to lead the Enterprise Program Management Office (EPMO) for a large-scale ERP implementation. This is a strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the successful planning, execution, and governance of a multi-phase ERP transformation.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  1. Lead and manage the end-to-end delivery of an enterprise-wide ERP implementation program.
  2. Oversee the EPMO framework, ensuring effective program governance, risk management, and reporting.
  3. Develop and maintain a program roadmap, ensuring key milestones and deliverables are met within budget and timeline.
  4. Engage with executive leadership, IT, finance, operations, and business units to ensure alignment of ERP strategy with organisational goals.
  5. Drive change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new ERP system.
  6. Manage vendor relationships, contracts, and SLAs, ensuring optimal delivery from ERP providers and system integrators.
  7. Lead a diverse team of skilled project delivery professionals.
  8. Identify and mitigate risks and issues, ensuring program resilience and adaptability.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

  1. Proven experience leading large-scale ERP implementation programs within complex enterprise environments.
  2. Strong expertise in EPMO frameworks, governance, and program delivery methodologies (Agile, Waterfall, Hybrid).
  3. A track record of executive stakeholder engagement, strategic planning, and risk management.
  4. Experience with leading ERP platforms such as SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, Workday, or others.
  5. Strong financial management and vendor negotiation skills.
  6. Exceptional leadership, communication, and change management capabilities.
