Desktop and Infrastructure Team Manager

Kinetic IT are currently looking for an Operations Manager to join one of their prestigious CBD based accounts. The role will be managing a crew of around 18-20 tech professionals covering desktop, field services, and SOE. This is a great opportunity to shape and develop the crew as well as being the escalation point for the customer.

Key elements of the role:

  • Managing a team of IT professionals from performance planning and career development.
  • Ensuring the team objectives and goals are aligned with business requirements.
  • Acting as the escalation point for the customer.
  • Resource planning.
  • Being across the targets and contractual obligations of Kinetic IT which impact business and crew outcomes.

Keen to get involved? You'll just need some of the following:

  • Experience managing and nurturing a team of professionals with different levels of experience.
  • Prior exposure to resource management.
  • Understanding and supporting the business in customer discussions and the importance of stakeholder engagement.
