Ihre Aufgaben

  • Aufzeigen von Optimierungspotenzialen, Erstellung von Amortisationsberechnungen und Risikobewertungen
  • Erstellung des CAPEX-Reporting sowie Unterstützung des technischen Direktors und der Werke bei der CAPEX-Budgetierung
  • 4-Augen-Prüfung von CAPEX-Anträgen, regelmäßige Verbesserung der CAPEX-Bewertungs- /Kalkulationsvorlage & Digitalisierung von CAPEX-Dokumenten
  • Unterstützung des Wissenstransfers zwischen den Werken
  • Schulung neuer lokaler Produktionscontroller und Sicherstellung der Einhaltung der CAPEX-Richtlinien
  • Unterstützung bei der Harmonisierung der KPI's (einschließlich Output und Verluste)
  • Erstellung harmonisierter Produktionsberichte für die Gruppe sowie Benchmarking der Produktionskennzahlen zwischen den Werken
  • Mitarbeit im Design eines Produktions-Datawarehouse
  • Unterstützung bei regelmäßigen Produktkosten- und Rentabilitätsberechnungen
  • Unterstützung und Verbesserungen bei der Systemeinrichtung (z. B. SAP-Einführung & weitere Integration anderer ERP-Systeme)
  • Einbindung in alle Produktionsprozesse unserer Werke
  • Überwachung von KPI's wie Produktivität, Yields, Verfügbarkeit und Auslastung der Anlagen

Ihr Profil

  • Abgeschlossenes Universitätsstudium (BWL, Wirtschaftsinformatik oder Wirtschaftsingenieurwesen) mit Schwerpunkt Controlling und/oder Produktion
  • 2-3 Jahre Berufserfahrung im Bereich Produktionscontrolling
  • Fachspezifische Produktions- und IT-Kenntnisse (SAP von Vorteil)
  • Guter Teamplayer
  • Hohes logisches und technisch-analytisches Verständnis
  • Freude am Detail, ohne das große Ganze aus dem Blick zu verlieren
  • Strukturierte und selbstständige Arbeitsweise
  • Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
