Deine Rolle

Wir suchen eine/einen erfahrene*n Software Entwickler*in (mind. 3 Jahre Berufserfahrung), der/die mit uns Sophia weiterentwickelt. Deine Aufgaben umfassen ein breites Spektrum von der Analyse der Anforderungen bis zur Implementierung und Integration in unsere Anwendungen. Je nach deinen Stärken und Interessen gibt es in allen Bereichen des Stacks viel zu tun.

Deine Aufgaben:
  • Entwicklung neuer Features für unsere App und Backend-Systeme
  • Analyse, Konzeption und Umsetzung von Software-Lösungen
  • Code-Reviews und Performance-Optimierung
  • Integration externer Services und APIs
  • Mitarbeit an der technischen Architektur und Skalierung
  • Experimentieren mit AI-Technologien zur Effizienzsteigerung (z. B. Google Gemini und andere LLMs)
  • AI & Automatisierung: Anwendung bestehender LLMs (z. B. Google Gemini) zur Prozessoptimierung
Das bringst du mit
  • Mindestens3 Jahre Berufserfahrungin der Software-Entwicklung, sowohl im Frontend als auch im Backend
  • Interesse, komplexe Anforderungen zu analysieren und dafür Algorithmen zu entwerfen, zu programmieren und zu testen
  • Motivation, in einem kleinen, agilen Team mitzuwirken
  • Hohes Maß an Verantwortungsbewusstsein – du legst Wert auf qualitativ hochwertige, gut getestete und langfristig wartbare Lösungen
  • Interesse an genannten Technologien und die Bereitschaft, dich kontinuierlich weiterzuentwickeln
  • Gute Deutschkenntnisse – nicht für die Entwicklung, aber für die Umsetzung rechtlicher Anforderungen

  • Ein Gehaltab € 45.000 brutto pro Jahrmit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung (Basis Vollzeit, entspricht dem KV für "Angestellte in Handelsbetrieben" Gruppe F, Stufe 2-3)
