The Role
As an Account Manager at Interface, you will be responsible for driving relationships, securing product specifications, and expanding key accounts within the Melbourne market. Your focus will be on promoting Interface's cutting-edge, sustainable A&D products to architects, designers, and key decision-makers.
What You'll Need
- 5+ years of sales experience with a strong track record of exceeding revenue targets
- A deep understanding of the end-to-end sales process within the A&D industry
- Proven ability to develop new business and foster long-term client relationships
- Strong technical knowledge of design documentation and sustainable flooring solutions
- Self-motivation and the ability to work independently while collaborating with a high-performing team
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with architects and designers to provide tailored, sustainable solutions
- Proactively drive new business opportunities and manage an active project pipeline
- Achieve individual sales targets while contributing to overall team success
- Work closely with clients to interpret design specifications and provide solution-based selling
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key industry players to position Interface as the go-to brand
