In this challenging role, you will be responsible for the countries AT, CZ, SK, HU, RO, BG, RS, HR and SI in the Business Unit heading up:

Control Cabinet Air Conditioning & Process Cooling .

What you should bring with you:
  • Completed technical education, an additional qualification in business administration is desirable
  • Experience in Refrigeration and Air Conditioning Technology is an advantage
  • High affinity for innovative technical solutions
  • Experience in leading international teams or projects
  • Success in building and developing international markets
  • Strong intercultural competence with English level C1
  • Experience in matrix organisations is an advantage
  • Determined, committed and highly creative
Your tasks:
  • Leading of a business unit consisting of 9 countries
  • Development of new sales opportunities and product solutions in the area of control cabinet air conditioning & process cooling
  • Budget responsibility for the region as well as monthly monitoring
  • Developing sales campaigns
  • Creating training concepts and organising internal and external workshops
