Für die Marke Philips (Haushaltsgeräte) suchen wir im Auftrag des Lizenzinhabers Versuni engagierte Außendienstmitarbeiter zur Betreuung der österreichischen Retail-Stores.
- Betreuung der MediaMarkt / Saturn Märkte mit Fokus auf die Kategorien Kaffeevollautomaten, Airfryer, kabellose Akkusauger, Saugroboter, Baristina, usw.
- Steigern der Verkaufszahlen und des Marktanteils durch regelmäßig terminierte Besuche
- Relationship-Aufbau und -Pflege zu allen relevanten Ansprechpartnern der betreuten Märkte (Geschäftsführer, Business Analyst, Abteilungsleiter, Verkäufer)
- Gezielte POS-Optimierung und professionelle Installation der POS-Materialien
- Prüfung der Bestände und aktive Zusammenarbeit mit den Stores
- Verhandlung und Umsetzung lokaler Sales- und Marketing-Kampagnen
- Unterstützung der Philips Retail-Trainer und Durchführen von Produkt-Update-Trainings
- Steuern und Anleitung der Philips Promoter in der jeweiligen Region
- Tägliches und gewissenhaftes Reporting der eigenen Aktivitäten, Entwicklungen und Neuigkeiten aus den Märkten (MSB)
- KPI-orientiertes Arbeiten
- Du verfügst bereits über Vertriebs- und Außendiensterfahrung gepaart mit einem sehr guten Netzwerk im Kanal MSB
- Du bringst hohe Begeisterungsfähigkeit, technisches Verständnis sowie das persönliche Interesse an den Produkten mit
- Du kannst Menschen motivieren und kannst überzeugend kommunizieren
- Du bist strukturiert, lösungsorientiert und kannst dich gut selbst organisieren
- Zahlenverständnis, analytisches Denken und die Fähigkeit Kunden strategisch und langfristig aufzubauen
- Ein Auge für umsatzsteigernde Point-of-Sale Präsentationen
- Ein Gespür für Business-Opportunities
- Eine hohe Reisebereitschaft stellt für Dich kein Problem dar und Du verfügst über eine gültige Fahrerlaubnis
