The Opportunity:

Join a global leader in the investment industry and become a key player in our clients marketing team of approximately 35 professionals.

In this role, you will report to and collaborate closely with the Head of Growth and Retention, leading and managing a talented team of three marketing specialists. You will be responsible for delivering impactful adviser marketing initiatives that drive significant growth within the adviser segment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage the team of marketing specialists
  • Create and execute adviser marketing strategies that drive demand and increase market share
  • Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, and Product teams to align initiatives with business objectives
  • Partner closely with the Sales team to provide resources, content, and events that empower engagement with adviser prospects and clients
  • Lead the development of strategies to engage advisers at every stage of the customer journey through personalised and automated campaigns
  • Oversee adviser sponsorship, events, and webinars. Track and measure their performance, conducting PIRs
  • Leverage analytics to monitor key performance metrics and marketing ROI
  • Provide regular reporting to senior leadership, using insights to identify optimisation opportunities
  • Ensure compliance with audit, legal, and regulatory requirements in adviser marketing strategies while maintaining technical knowledge to support program implementation
About you:

The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B growth and retention marketing strategy, sales enablement, nurture journeys and event management. If you’re passionate about creating innovative marketing solutions, have a track record of driving results, and thrive in a fast-paced environment, then apply now
  • 8+ years of experience in a similar role within the financial / investments industry with a proven record of driving results and achieving targets
  • Strong leadership skills with experience leading cross-functional teams
  • Deep understanding of adviser marketing principles, including demand generation, sales enablement, lifecycle marketing, and event management
  • Experience dealing directly with advisors - non-negotiable
  • Excellent analytical skills and the ability to leverage data for decision-making
  • Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex ideas clearly and compellingly
