Aufgaben

Deine Aufgaben werden sein:

  • Entwickle smarte Lösungen zur Optimierung interner und externer Workflows und zur Automatisierung von Prozessen
  • Übernimm die Verantwortung für die Weiterentwicklung und den Ausbau unserer Plattform sowie des Cockpits und stelle eigenständig sicher, dass die Nutzererfahrungen kontinuierlich verbessert werden
  • Arbeite eng mit Lead-Usern aus unserer Investoren-Community zusammen, um neue Features zu konzipieren und zu entwickeln
  • Gestalte innovative Lösungen für unsere Community aus Partnernetzwerken und bringe neue Produkte von der Idee bis zur Umsetzung
Qualifikation

Du bringst mit:

  • Überdurchschnittlich abgeschlossenes Bachelor- oder Masterstudium an einer führenden Universität
  • Mindestens 2 Jahre Erfahrung, idealerweise im SaaS- oder Start-up-Umfeld
  • Erste Erfahrungen im Bereich VC oder im Start-up-Ökosystem sind von Vorteil
  • Motivation, kontinuierlich zu lernen, sowie ausgeprägte Teamplayer-Qualitäten und eine strukturierte Arbeitsweise
  • Talent, Prioritäten zu setzen und Aufgaben strukturiert und verlässlich zu bewältigen
  • Interesse an Start-ups, Innovation, Venture Capital und digitalen Technologien
  • Fließende Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse
