Your Responsibilities:

  • Developing and implementing performance strategies to drive sales growth, improve customer satisfaction and increase the profitability of the Micro segment
  • Analyzing sales data and market trends to identify areas for improvement and develop action plans to address development opportunities
  • Harmonizing groupwide best practices, aligning payments and cards to overall Retail strategy and facilitating the implementation of digital solutions throughout the whole Retail payments area
  • Monitoring market performance & providing input for improving the overall business development
  • Developing and maintaining positive relationships with key stakeholders, customers and employees

Your Background:

  • Strong experience in an international leadership role in the field of Retail business and particularly in payments and cards business
  • Strong understanding of Retail business in CEE Region and project management skills
  • Ability to think strategically, with a strong understanding of business objectives and how technology can support them
  • A serviceoriented and transformational mindset with the willingness to drive Erste Group's retail innovation area to functional excellence
  • A strong experience in collaborating with C-Levels (board) and various internal & external stakeholders
  • Fluency in English, any other CEE language is of advantage

    benefits of Erste Group The minimum wage for this fulltime position in accordance with the collective agreement with complete fulfillment of the functional profile is EUR 48.323,
