Our team in Bruck a/d Leitha in Austria is in need of a replacement as

The QFS Compliance Engineer is accountable for all quality & food/feed safety and ISO related tasks, which are part of the Integrated Management System. The incumbent will assist the local Quality Assurance Manager in external audits. Moreover, the primary duties include:

  • Administration and updating the integrated management system (IMS)
  • Introduction of evolved or new ISO standards
  • Keeping QFS related documents current
  • Supervising production methods, product safety, product quality, and risk management
  • Updating process descriptions and operating instructions, particularly for new processes, devices, etc.
  • Researching, studying, evaluating, and implementing quality assurance practices in accordance with the company's best practices
  • Monitoring the audit plan: ensuring proper and timely execution of internal and external audits
  • Organizing quality-related trainings, campaigns, tracking implementation and providing progress updates

Your profile:

  • Higher professional education or graduate in food technology, chemical, or health science related studies
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in Quality assurance, ISO role or similar, preferably in the food or feed sector
  • Strong knowledge in food manufacturing and food safety standards
  • Continuous improvement mindset
  • Customer-oriented and team-oriented way of working
  • Fluent German and English language skills
